The challenge was to create a product that can help corporate users maintain their blockchain without the need to hire an external team to do the job. From the beginning of the project, I was in charge of the UX design direction of the product and worked in close cooperation with the internal team of developers and business analysts. The final product was to include a platform for corporate users to monitor their blockchain.
The team organized brainstorming sessions to create user stories based on the business requirements of the target market. Use cases of the personas were then documented in design specifications and wireframes were created to explain the user flows.

I partnered with a business analyst and organized usability testing sessions to gather feedback from external users. Designs were modified based on the testing results to improve the user experience.
Prior to product launch, I conducted user acceptance testing and worked with the development team to eliminate bugs and enhanced the overall product user experience. The product was launched in Dec 2020.
