Legal Health Check
The Dragon Law Legal Health Check is a self-help questionnaire that aimed at educating startup and SME business owners on the importance of having the right legal documents for their company.
Challenge
The internal stakeholders approached us with two primary objectives — to promote the Dragon Law web app and increase the number of sales leads.
Solution
To coincide with the marketing promotion of the importance of legal matters for businesses, the team decided to create a gamified self-help questionnaire to help business owners find out the unique legal requirements of their company and capture the contact information of these business owners.
UI Design
Landing Page
An introductory landing page was created to explain the benefits and values of taking a Legal Health Check. Users (business owners) are presented with a summary of the six sections of the self-help questionnaire and a preview of the results.
Gamification
Self-help Questionnaire
The objective of the Legal Health Check is to engage the audience (business owners) and empower them to identify their company’s legal needs. The higher their legal health score is, the more protection from legal risk their business has. Scientific research into human behavior proves that game play is both compelling and rewarding to the player. Through completing a gamified questionnaire, business owners can discover their business’s legal needs. They have to provide an email address in order to receive the Legal Health Check report.
Email Template
Report
The result of the Legal Health Check is directly delivered to the user’s email. Businesses with a low score are vulnerable to legal risks and require immediate attention. The owners can follow the guidelines provided by legal professionals to protect the company.
The primary call-to-action of the email encourages the users to download the Legal Health Check report and the secondary call-to-action prompts the users to try the Dragon Law app. This self-help questionnaire serves the purposes of promoting the web app and also generates sales leads.
