Previously, payments were done separately within the Zegal app and also through bank transfers. As business scaled, users purchased more subscriptions to Zegal products and it was becoming a challenge to keep track of all the subscriptions.
A centralized payment system was introduced to help users easily manage regular transactions, control account access of team members, and get an overview of all their subscriptions.
